What’s Your Theme For 2020
And why should you have one!
Day 25 of 2020. 25 days later. Have you done something productive in those 25 days?
What was one thing that made you happy?
Did I achieve something?
Did I waste my January?
If you can’t think of any response to those answers, I only have one thing to say to you.
“It’s alright!”
It isn’t too late. We experience a life where everything is fast pace. So the least you can do now is to have control of your life, especially for the things that are meaningful to you! You have to remember that you are essential!
So, before you create a theme for yourself, you need to ask yourself whether you are ready for 2020? What is missing from my life based on 2019? What could I have done better?
The moment you have internalized those questions, you are ready for 2020. So, how do you create a theme for yourself?
1. Decide On One Word That Best Describe Your 2020
What will be your focus?
Is it wealth?
Is it wellness?
Is it focus?
Is it strength?
Once you have established your theme, everything else falls in place.
2. Find your theme and write it down. Pair it with a quote if you’d like.
So now you know what kind of direction has set. So what’s next? How do I remind myself not to give up halfway? Think of a quote for yourself that helps you remove that little voice in your head. What is going to be the more prominent voice in your head? An example will be to tell yourself, “you are enough, never let anyone or anything tell you, you can’t do it!”
3. What do you want to say by the end of 2020?
Imagine it’s the end of 2020, what would you say to yourself? Take ownership of what you are going to say.
Are you proud?
What changes did you make?
What new habits did you create?
Why are you happy?
What goals did you achieve?
Who are you going to help?
It’s all on you. Remember that YOU are worthy of LOVE. It’s your year, time to shine!
